NEW RULES OF THE ENTRACE TO THE FAIGROUNDS AND LECTURE HALLS
ENTRANCE TICKET / IDENTIFICATION BADGE SAMPLE
The bar code printed on the ticket has to be entered by gate scanner upon the entrance to PIF Grounds and lecture halls. The same procedure have to be followed upon leaving fairgrounds and lecture halls.
CEDE 2010 ENTANCE TICKETS
The tickets can be purchased in ticket offices during the exhibition, ordered on-line, via letter, fax or e-mail before the event.
Ticket offices are located next to the following fair entrances (see the map):
- West Entrance at Śniadeckich street
- North Entrance at Bukowska street
- East Entrance at Głogowska street
TICKET PRICES
One day ticket, after registration – 10,00 PLZ
Three-day (whole event) ticket, after registration – 26,00 PLZ
Registration froms will be avaiable in each ticket office.
One day ticket, without registration – 20,00 PLZ
Three-day (whole event) ticket, without registration – 40,00 PLZ
Three-day tickets may be ordered as from 1st of April 2010 at our website or via letter, fax, or e-mail. Please fill in the registration form and e-mail, fax or post it to our office before 23rd of August 2010. Ordered tickets will be sent via registered mail to the address for correspondence provided along with the order.
Any claims or complaints have to be lodged before 15th of September 2010. Any claims received after this deadline shall be dismissed.
GROUP ENTRANCE
Guided groups may purchase the entrance tickets at the price of 8 PLZ/person, upon acceptation of visitors list with names and institution represented handed to the hall supervisor. The list shall be forwarded to the ticket office.
ENTRANCE REGULATIONS
The following documents entitles to the fairground entrance:
- entrance ticket - valid for exhibition pavilion only,
- congress identification badge – valid for ordered and paid for lectures including exhibition pavilions during the whole event
- confirmation of congress participation with bar code – valid for single fairground entrance to collect congress materials at the congress reception.
Congress patricipants who for any reasons have not received written confirmation are kindly requested to use the West Entrance at Sniadeckich street where the Congress Reception is located or purchase the entrance ticket in any ticket office.
