The Central European Dental Exhibition (CEDE) is the oldest expo project in Poland aimed at the dental industry. Since 1991, CEDE has been a meeting place for dentists, hygienists, technicians, and practice managers, who not only learned about new equipment during the expo, but also expanded their knowledge through conferences, courses, and workshops.
"We have spoken to many manufacturers and distributors of dental equipment in Poland in recent months. We are pleased that the community still sees the need for CEDE. With a new date and a well-known venue, the future looks bright. The latest reports show a steady increase in the number of events, exhibitors, and visitors in Poland. In spite of the development of online tools, live meetings – especially when equipment demonstrations and face-to-face conversations are important – remain crucial. Exhibitors continue to invest in stands because fairs allow them to build relationships, gather valuable feedback, present products in real-life conditions, and reach audiences actively seeking innovation," emphasizes Marek Wiktorowski, Exactus owner.
While in recent years the CEDE dental expo has been associated with autumn, the first edition took place in June – and the organizers have decided to return to this. The decision on the new date is the result of an analysis of the industry events calendar. The June date will not only allow exhibitors to avoid the accumulation of autumn events, but also extends the operating time for establishing and closing business contacts before the end of the year, which in practice increases the effectiveness of trade fair meetings. It is also a good opportunity for companies that, for various reasons, did not manage to present their new products in the first quarter of the year.
An integral part of CEDE 2026 will be training courses, workshops, and conferences organized by leading scientific societies, including the Polish Society of Dental Prosthetics and industry partners.
The last edition of CEDE in Poznan was held in 2019. The exhibition, where nearly 200 companies presented their offerings, was visited by over 10,000 people.
